1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Hibji ("we", "us", "the Company") and you ("user", "member", "player"). By using the hibji.net website or the Hibji app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Hibji is an internationally licensed online gaming platform offering Sports Betting, casino games, lottery, and other entertainment gaming services. All our services operate in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

These terms have been written in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. However, in the event of any legal dispute, the English version shall prevail. Hibji reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and users will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.

2 Account Registration

A valid account is required to access Hibji's services. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Accounts created with false information will be terminated.

• Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• The mobile number and email address provided during registration must be verified.
• Your account details can be updated at any time from the Profile section.
• Keeping your account login credentials confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until your KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.

3 Age & Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Hibji's services. This is strictly enforced, and certain features remain restricted until your age has been verified.

The following individuals are not eligible to open an account on Hibji:

• Any individual under the age of 18.
• Hibji employees or members of their immediate family.
• Citizens of countries where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• Anyone whose account was previously closed due to a Terms violation.

Hibji may request a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate at any time for age verification purposes. Failure to provide the required documents will result in a temporary account suspension.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Hibji currently supports transactions via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes.
• Withdrawals may take up to 24 hours to process.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳50,000 (higher limits apply for VIP members).
• Any applicable payment gateway fees are to be borne by the user.

If a suspicious transaction is detected, Hibji reserves the right to investigate. The account in question may be temporarily suspended while the investigation is ongoing.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Hibji offers a range of bonuses — including a welcome bonus, daily cashback, weekly reload, and special festive offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are made available before the bonus is granted.

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 5x (you must wager 5 times the bonus amount).
• Bonuses may only be used for legitimate gaming activity.
• Cashback bonuses have no wagering requirements — you can withdraw them directly.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Any attempt to claim the same bonus multiple times will result in account termination.
• Attempting to exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse) is strictly prohibited.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Hibji are considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. However, in certain circumstances — such as event cancellation — bets will be refunded.

• The minimum bet for live betting is ৳50, with a maximum stake of ৳10,000 per single bet.
• Live odds may change after a match has kicked off.
• If a match is cancelled due to a technical issue, all bets will be refunded.
• Hibji reserves the right to void any bets recorded at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• Any dispute regarding scores or results will be verified against official sources.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Hibji platform and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Any form of fraud, hacking, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's account without authorization.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Spreading defamatory or false information about Hibji.

8 Privacy

• Your transaction details are stored in encrypted form.
• Information may be disclosed to government authorities where required by law.
• You can opt out of marketing emails or SMS communications at any time.

9 Responsible Gaming

Hibji is committed to promoting Responsible Gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment — not a solution to financial hardship.

• Spend Limits: You can set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Time Limits: You can set a daily limit on how long you spend playing.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can take a break ranging from 24 hours up to 6 months.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

Hibji may suspend or terminate an account for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms and Conditions.
• Engaging in prohibited activities.
• Providing incorrect or false information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Extended account inactivity (12 months).

You may close your account voluntarily at any time. Please ensure all remaining balance is withdrawn before doing so.

11 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact our customer support first. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

• Complex disputes may take up to 7 business days to resolve.

12 Limitation of Liability

Hibji is not liable for the following:

• Game disruption due to internet connectivity issues.
• Third-party payment gateway issue.
• Account credential theft resulting from your own actions.
• Unforeseen technical issues or force majeure events.

We are, however, continuously working to improve our systems and are committed to resolving any issues promptly. Hibji's maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the amount in dispute.
